Counting Sheet is operated by Zoom Buzz Ltd. This policy explains what data we handle when you use Counting Sheet, and what we deliberately do not.
The workbook holding your accounts - every journal entry, invoice, bill and report - is a real .xlsx file kept in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. We do not operate a database of your financial data: Counting Sheet reads and writes that file on your behalf, and keeps only a short-lived working copy on our server while you are actively using the app.
We use Supabase, a shared authentication provider, to manage sign-in. Signing in with a magic link tells us your email address and creates an account identifier. We do not set or store a password.
When you connect OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, we store the access and refresh tokens that provider issues so we can read and write your workbook file. We request only the permission needed to access files you choose to work with, and we never read any other file in your cloud storage account.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how Counting Sheet is used, but only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no usage data is sent to Google. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and analytics data is never used to personalise ads.
We set a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, as described above.
Your workbook remains in your own cloud storage for as long as you keep it there; we do not retain a copy once your session ends. Deleting your account removes your sign-in identity and any stored cloud storage tokens.
