These terms govern your use of Counting Sheet, operated by Zoom Buzz Ltd. By using Counting Sheet you agree to them.
Counting Sheet is a tool for entering and reporting on accounting data that is stored in a spreadsheet file you own, in your own cloud storage. We provide the software; you remain the owner of your data at all times.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter, and for keeping your cloud storage account secure. Counting Sheet is a tool to help you keep your books; it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, and reports it produces, including VAT and corporation tax estimates, should be checked before you rely on them for a filing.
We aim to keep Counting Sheet available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. Because your workbook lives in your own cloud storage, it remains usable and accessible to you with any spreadsheet program even if Counting Sheet is unavailable.
You may stop using Counting Sheet, and disconnect your cloud storage account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that misuses the service.
Counting Sheet is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Zoom Buzz Ltd is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including errors in figures you entered or in reports it computed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address shown on our website. This is a draft set of terms and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
